If the item you purchased is no longer in stock due to changing inventory, we will issue you a store credit to be used on another item. RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned in original condition, cannot be used or damaged. The return/exchange must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your order, no exceptions. Please include your packing slip with your return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of the item or items being returned. If you are exchanging an item for a different size, the customer is responsible and will be invoiced for the $10 shipping fee for the exchange that we will ship back to you. If we no longer have the size you desire, due to changing inventory,

a store gift card will be issued for you to use in the future,

we do not issue refunds.


The following items are a Final Sale and cannot be returned: Sale items, Jewelry and Accessories (includes purses or totes), Queen of Sparkles merchandise,

All seasonal/Holiday items, Home goods and any custom orders.
